Our programme will provide intensive bespoke disability support to focus on moving you into sustained employment. Our support is here to help each person focus on their own strengths, skills and abilities to overcome any complex barriers preventing them from gaining sustainable employment.

  • Help with interview techniques and tailored in work support.

Your needs and wellbeing are central to everything we do, and we want to help to remove any barriers which are stopping you from achieving your full potential. We can also draw upon our community of specialist support partners to help with specific needs.

The programme will support people every step of the way – from initial consultancy through to gaining and sustaining employment. We will also provide in-work support for both the individual and their employer to ensure a fulfilled experience.
