Salford Employ

Salford Employ offers a brokered bespoke 'one stop' offer on behalf of Salford City Council's Employer Engagement Partnership, in order to connect local people and businesses to opportunities in Salford.

Working Well

Working Well provides support for unemployed people with health conditions or disabilities. It is also designed to help those individuals who have been out of work for a long time as well as those who might need some specialist support.

Intensive Personalised Employment Support

The Intensive, Personalised Employment Support (IPES) programme provides bespoke support to people with disabilites, focusing on moving them into sustained employment.

ESF

Skills Support for Employment is a voluntary programme for customers who need additional support in finding employment and increasing their skills. The programme is for 52 weeks, plus additional support for up to six months once in employment.

We deliver the Restart Scheme across the North of England on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions. It is a government Scheme providing up to 12 months of enhanced support to help you find a job in your local area. It's designed to break down any employment barriers that could be holding you back from finding work.

The Growth Company has been offering current offenders and ex-offenders under the supervision of the Ministry of Justice and National Probation Service the support necessary to live a healthy life and reduce reoffending.
