Our Hubs provide a safe space for individuals to explore their future goals and discover how to achieve them with the support of our friendly team, who assist with the participants positive transition back into the community by building social capital.
Attendance at our Hubs is voluntary, meaning we can support individuals at a pace that suits them to achieve their goals.

The Yorkshire Creating Future Opportunities Activity Hubs work with a range of referral organisations including the Probation Service, Prison Service, Prison Education Framework (PEF) Suppliers, and CFO3. Probation Responsible Officers are responsible for referrals to the Hubs, however we can also be contacted through the channels below.

The Creating Future Opportunities Activity Hubs project is funded via HM Prison & Probation Service Creating Future Opportunities Organisation (HMPPS CFO).
