Our Employment Legal Advice team offer free employment-related legal support to Greater Manchester residents. Our team can help you with issues such as settlement agreements, completing ET1 forms, schedules of loss, arranging Mckenzie Friend service, preparation for the tribunal day all with a no win no fee representation. Over the last month alone, the ELA service has assisted residents with whistleblowing, statutory redundancy, salary issues, workplace stress, disciplinary and suspension, unfair dismissal, and discrimination.

Philip Richardson, partner, and head of the employment department along with his team, have been supporting the Employment Legal Advice Service from the onset. The advice and support the team provide our service users is second to none on issues including:

Unpaid parental leave
Victimisation, bullying and harassment
Whistleblowing
Unfair dismissal
The team have also taken on cases on a DBA (damages-based agreement), similar to a no win, no fee arrangement, where clients are only responsible for legal fees in the event that their claim is successful, or they settle their claim.
