Intensive Personalised Employment Support (IPES)
IPES is a bespoke programme tailored to the needs of the participant. The aim is to support them into employment focusing on their strengths, skills and abilities. The programme is designed to support individuals with disability; as well as other complex barriers. We will provide support via consistent contact and intensive support throughout the participant’s journey. IPES offers a holistic approach, with robust in-work support planning too.

Recovery Works
Recovery Works is a charity which helps to improve the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in society. We offer personalised support to over 1000 people per year, helping them to recover from addiction, improve their physical and mental wellbeing as well as secure sustainable employment.
In Liverpool City Region, we have staff based within CGL treatment services in Halton, Knowsley and Wirral working with people with multiple complex barriers such as addiction, mental health, homelessness. Our staff work in partnership with substance misuse services to help people retrain, study, volunteer or find work as a foundation of their recovery.

Restart Scheme
We deliver the Restart Scheme across the North of England on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions. It is a government Scheme providing up to 12 months of enhanced support to help you find a job in your local area. It's designed to break down any employment barriers that could be holding you back from finding work.
Pre-recruitment Training
We deliver sustainable employment that saves your business time and money by connecting you to pre-trained individuals who can help the business grow
IAG in Custody
IAG in Custody provides IAG supporting offenders to take steps towards employment in their chosen sectors, as well as providing resettlement support as the offenders move towards release and reintegration into the community.
DWP Peer Mentoring Programme
The DWP peer mentoring programme is part of the UK government’s 10-year drugs strategy. Its aim is to help people with substance dependency issues recover and move closer to employment. The Growth Company is responsible for delivering the programme across the Liverpool City Region through nine peer mentors who have experience of addiction.
